Agents with our network referral team work with buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of their homes. Our office is often contacted for community questionnaires, master insurance policies, and accounting related to an owner’s HOA dues because search engines “find” our site in relationship to communities that appear at our photo galleries of homes.

Please be advised that we are NOT a property manager, homeowner’s association, or rental/leasing agency. We ONLY provide contact information for property management services when we are party to a contract, and representing either a home buyer or seller. We do not maintain a database of property management services for the individual communities listed on our website. This information changes with time, and should be secured by an agent or broker who is a party to the contract with the help of the home seller who has the existing relationship as a homeowner with the property management service.

If you are a lender, loan processor or closing attorney in need of a condominium clearance letter, homeowner’s association documents or insurance declaration page for a community, please contact the seller/homeowner directly for this information.
